ASSESSMENT
A thorough inspection is conducted, then we prepare a prioritized list of suggested maintenance tasks and repairs. Next, we help determine the most time and cost-effective plan to address the current and ongoing needs of your home or place of business.
Assessments are available as a stand-alone service and as part of our scheduled maintenance plans.

MONTHLY SERVICE
Assessment followed by a 1-2 hour check-up every month.

QUARTERLY
Assessment followed by a 2-3 hour check-up every 3 months.

SEMI-ANNUAL
Assessment followed by a 2-3 hour check-up every 6 months.

A LA CARTE
Services scheduled on an as needed basis for an hourly rate.
